The Buffalo Bills say they are aware of the weekend arrest of defensive tackle Ed Oliver and are gathering more information.
He was arrested in Houston, Texas, on drunken driving and weapon charges.
According to a police report, Oliver was driving with an open beer between his legs and failed a field sobriety test. A search of his truck turned up a pistol.
Oliver was the Bills' top draft pick last year.
