A Rochester man is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted an RTS bus driver.
Police say Marvin Smith tried to board an RTS bus on North Clinton Avenue on April 24th but was told by the driver that the bus was full and was asked to get off.
Smith then got into an argument with the driver and sprayed the driver in the face with what authorities believed was pepper spray.
Cameras inside the bus recorded the assault.
Smith has been charged with two counts of assault on a transit employee.
