The State Department of Health will be hosting a webinar today to discuss an inflammatory disease in kids that appears to be related to coronavirus.
So far, there have been more than 100 cases in children statewide, including three deaths.
Signs of the disease include prolonged fever, skin rash, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea or vomiting and in some cases difficulty breathing.
Sixty-percent of the children displaying the symptoms tested positive for coronavirus and 40% tested positive for coronavirus antibodies.
