Cuomo: Upstate Can Open If COVID Numbers Stay Low

The governor's green light for businesses in our area to begin reopening Friday comes with a caveat: The coronavirus case numbers must stay low.

Governor Cuomo says our region will have a "control room" to keep an eye on infection rate.

Meantime, Cuomo says the state is "on the other side of the mountain" with 161 deaths reported since Sunday -- the lowest daily number since March 19th.
