UR Medicine and Rochester Regional Health have been given the green-light to resume elective surgeries.
Doctor Michael Apostolakos at UR Medicine says the hospitals have plenty of capacity to handle their patients -- plus any potential surge of COVID-19 patients.
Patients will be tested for COVID-19 before being admitted, and both the patients and caregivers will wear masks.
