L3Harris Technologies in Rochester has been awarded a $95 million contract to manufacture communications gear for the U.S. Army. It's the third order of Manpack radios the company will produce under Army contract. Harris is one of three vendors providing up to $12.7 Billion worth of the multi-channel radios to fill the military's needs.
