The Regional Transit Service says its buses will offer free rides through May 15th, in line with Governor Cuomo's order extending the "New York Pause" at least until that date.
RTS initially waived fares on March 19th so drivers and customers wouldn't have to interact at the fare box. Passengers are encouraged to wear a mask and enter from the rear doors.
