Tuesday, the Rochester Chamber of Commerce hosted a webinar with Monroe County Health Commissioner Dr. Michael Mendoza.
Mendoza provided an update on how the county is dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.
He says the curves representing hospitalization rates and ventilator rates have started to flatten.
Mendoza says over 8 thousand people have been tested for COVID-19 so far, and that data shows we are not seeing the virus exploding at an exponential rate right now.
He says we have to keep doing what we are doing to keep the infection rate down.
