Prices at the gas pumps are still falling.
AAA says the average price for a gallon of regular in the Rochester area fell six cents last week to $2.27.
The statewide average is $2.30, down 46 cents from this time last year.
Many states have average prices under $2 a gallon.
Prices continue to decline around the country as oil prices and gas demand have fallen significantly in response to the impact of COVID-19.
