Cuomo Will Not Consider A Lock Down On NYC

Governor Cuomo says people who are worried New York City could be placed on lock down shouldn't be concerned, because there's no such plan in consideration.

He admits the ongoing effort to stop the spread of coronavirus is a strange reality to face, and certainly requires conversations with loved ones just like the period following 9/11.

Still, Cuomo says the panic he continues to observe is unlike anything he's seen. And he seemed to express regret with having used the term "containment zone" when he sent the National Guard with supplies to New Rochelle -- he says movement was never restricted.
