We are getting more reports of people in our area testing positive for the coronavirus.
One is an employee at the Friendly Home, but the person does not provide direct care to people living there.
According to The Friendly Home, the person recently traveled to Miami,and immediately upon showing symptoms, sought medical care and is isolated at home.
Four co-workers who had been in direct contact with the employee won't return to work until cleared by the Department of Health.
In all, the Monroe County Health Department has confirmed eight more people with positive tests -- bringing the total in the county to ten.
A person in Ontario County -- with connections to Monroe County -- also has tested positive.
