An investigation is underway after Rochester Police say they were called to a home for the report of an unresponsive child.
Police say the one year old boy was found unresponsive at 70 Green Knolls Drive, but became alert after receiving medical treatment.
The child was taken to the hospital. Police say it's unclear what caused the child to become unresponsive.
