Rochester police have an arrest in a stabbing Friday afternoon on Orange Street.
They charged 27-year-old Andre Estimable of Rochester with assault for the alleged attack on a 48-year-old city man, who is being treated for stab wounds to his torso.
Estimable was arrested after a complaint of a man using a knife to slash tires on Ames Street. Police took him into custody and determined he was the stabbing suspect. He's also charged with criminal mischief for slashing the tires.
