Rochester Man Twice Convicted Of Possessing Child Porn

Federal prosecutors say a Rochester man who was convicted of possessing child porn will serve ten years in prison followed by 15 years of supervised release.

The U.S. Attorney's office says 32-year-old Justin Channell was first convicted of possessing child pornography in 2011, and was sentenced to serve 12 years.

He was out on supervised release when a probation officer caught him viewing images of child porn on his cellphone. He was tried and convicted again and sent back to prison.
