UPDATE: Authorities Identify Woman Killed in Castile Crash

Sheriff's deputies in Wyoming County say fog appears to have been a significant factor in a deadly crash in the town of Castile. It happened on Route 39, at East Lake Road.

Deputies say a tractor trailer driver turned north in the fog into the path of a southbound car.

Deputies say the woman driving the vehicle has been identified as 38-year-old Renee Morris. Her two children were in the backseat of the car at the time of the crash. A 10 year old was taken to the hospital for minor injuries, treated and released. An 11 year old was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for head trauma.

The driver of the tractor-trailer was identified as Stephen Reed, he was not hurt.
