Rochester Man Sentenced In Sex Trafficking Conspiracy, Pornography

A Rochester man is facing federal prison time for running a sex trafficking ring.

Thirty-year-old Ray Davis was sentenced to 25 years behind bars on two counts of sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy, and production and distribution of child pornography.

Federal prosecutors say in 2015 Davis and co-defendant Marcus Brown ran a sex trafficking operation and exploited teenagers who were homeless or vulnerable.

The two were accused of taking sexually explicit photos of the victims and posting them in ads on Backpage.com.

They then coerced the teens to engage in sex acts for money.
