Parma Music School Owner Indicted For Unlawful Surveillance

The Parma music school owner, who was accused of hiding a camera in restroom at the school, is being indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury.

Philip Close has been indicted on 37 counts of second degree unlawful surveillance.

He was arrested in December after a student's mother spotted the camera lens and wires and pulled the camera from its hiding place beneath the toilet.

A search warrant was served at the building and a computer turned out to have images of a child victim.

Close is also facing a federal child pornography charge.
