Vacant House Destroyed In Fire On Saratoga Avenue

Rochester firefighters say no one was hurt in a fire that destroyed a vacant house on Saratoga Avenue.

The fire was reported shortly after midnight.

Firefighters prevented it from spreading to a house next door, and no one was found inside.

It was the second fire at the house since December.

Demolition crews were called in overnight to tear down what was left of the house.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
