Two Rochester Area School Districts Facing Lawsuits

Two area school districts are facing a lawsuit under the Child Victim's Act -- the state law that suspends the statute of limitations on child sex abuse claims.

The Wheatland-Chili and Churchville-Chili Central School Districts are being sued.

The lawsuit accuses an employee of sexually abusing a girl in the 1990s while she was a student.

The employee reportedly worked as a teacher and coach in both districts at the time.

The districts have not responded to requests for comment.
