Monroe County Executive Adam Bello will join Democratic County Legislators today to announce an effort to repeal the police officer harassment law.
The law was approved last year by the legislature's Republican Majority and signed into law by former County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo. It makes it a crime to harass a police officer or first responder on duty.
