Former Webster Schroeder coach Kali Watkins has given notice he plans to sue the school district and Webster police.
Watkins was accused of raping a 14-year-old girl on the JV girl's basketball team, but he was found not guilty last summer.
News10NBC reports Watkins is alleging malicious prosecution, false arrest, providing false information and improper training.
There is no comment, so far, from police or the school district.
