Greece Police have charged Dimitri Cash of Rochester with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal contempt, custodial interference and reckless endangerment after he forcibly took a child from the Autumn Lane Elementary School on Friday. Cash was arraigned and released without bail.
Cash does not have custody of his son who attends the school, but took him from the pickup area although CPS workers and the principal tried to stop him. Police later recovered the boy and another of Cash's children who was in his car.
