The son of ex-Republican Congressman Chris Collins, Cameron Collins, will find out today how long he'll be spending behind bars.
He pleaded guilty last year to conspiracy to commit securities fraud.
Prosecutors believe he should spend at least 3 years in prison, but the U.S. Probation Office is recommending a six-month sentence. His father was sentenced this month to 26 months in custody after pleading guilty to federal insider trading charges.
