A Chili man is facing unlawful surveillance and criminal mischief charges after he allegedly recorded the bedroom of a child with a cell phone. According to Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies they were called to a home on Linnea Lane Wednesday night around 10 p.m. Deputies say a resident in the home found a cell phone attached to the outside of a window. Deputies said the phone belonged to Christopher Cesareo, 25, and had been recording for about an hour. An order of protection has been issued in the case. Cesareo was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket.
