There's no word yet on the name of the man who was killed in a crash trying to get away from police.
It began yesterday on Route 20A in Warsaw, when police say the driver refused to pull over for a traffic violation.
Attica police spotted the vehicle, then caught up to it after it crashed in Alexander, in Genesee County.
The mad who was driving died at the scene. A man and a woman riding with him were flown to the hospital.
Police say the vehicle was a rental with a Pennsylvania plate.
