Authorities in Rochester are investigating a report that a substitute school bus driver assaulted a 9-year-old girl.
News10NBC says it happened Tuesday as the bus was heading to school 52.
The girl's family says the driver yelled to noisy students to "shut up". When the girl made a face, she says the driver shoved her. She fell and hit her head. A medical scan later showed she had a concussion.
Rochester police are investigating, and the bus contractor -- First Student -- says the driver has been removed from the route.
