More than 130 employees of the Wesley Gardens nursing home are losing their jobs.
All residents of the facility were relocated last month after a sprinkler system pipe broke and flooded parts of the building. Wesley Gardens management notified the State Labor Department that the layoffs would be taking place as of Friday.
Management has said the nursing home will be renovated, but it's not clear when that will be finished.
