A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted 25-year-Tyquan Rivera of Rochester and four co-defendants on drug dealing charges.
Rivera recently completed a sentence for shooting a city police officer when he was 14 years old.
The Grand Jury indicted Rivera on six counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, plus possession and conspiracy for allegedly selling fentanyl on several occasions.
The indictment covers events between September and December.
After his arrest, Rivera was released without bail.
