State troopers have filed charges in the October crash that caused a fire that destroyed a home in Bloomfield.
Ross Thompson, of Naples, is being charged with driving while impaired by drugs, criminal mischief, and aggravated unlicensed driving.
He's scheduled to appear in East Bloomfield Town Court on Monday.
Troopers say Thompson was driving the vehicle that crashed into the house at 7 Maple Avenue -- the crash ruptured a gas line and ignited the fire.
Two adults and one child were in the house and escaped the fire.
