Investigators: South Wedge Fire Was Arson

Investigators say a fire at a commercial building in Rochester's South Wedge was arson.

The fire broke out early Sunday morning at 46 Mount Hope Avenue, near South Avenue.

Building owner Don Swartz tells News10NBC he leased the building to a person in January, and learned this summer the tenant was using it as a boarding house.

The city signed an eviction order last month, and the deadline to leave the building was Monday -- the day after the fire.
