A Rochester man who was found guilty in a deadly shooting that happened in October 2018 is going to prison.
Jaquan Moore was found guilty of second degree murder and two weapon counts in the shooting death of Amos Harring on Second Street.
He was sentenced today to 23 years to life in prison.
Authorities say Moore shot Harring after a prior argument. He was arrested nine days later in Chicago.
Moore's first trial this summer ended in a hung jury. He was found guilty this fall.
