Nearly 120 applications have been submitted to fill eight of the nine positions on Rochester's Police Accountability Board.
Seventy-eight were submitted to the City Council and at least 40 were submitted to the Accountability Board Alliance. It's unclear if some applicants submitted applications to both.
The Council and the Alliance will each chose four board members. The ninth member will be chosen by the mayor.
City voters approved creation of the board in a November referendum.
