On December 7, 2019 at approximately 6:30p.m. the male depicted above was given a ride by a local cab company to his residence from an establishment in Rochester.
A family member reported him missing after he never made it inside. The male may appear confused. If anyone has information as to his whereabouts, they are asked to call 911.
Robert Simpson is 73, five-foot-10 and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red-and-green Christmas hat, a blue jacket with an orange collar, a black sweatshirt and black pants.
