A Mount Morris woman has been charged with felony DWI after a deputy found her drunk in a disabled car with her six-year-old granddaughter in the back seat.
The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says 52-year-old Donna Holley was in a car with two flat tires on North Main Street in Mount Morris. Investigation found she had hit a guardrail, causing the tires to go flat. She failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. The deputy also found an open container of alcohol in her car.
Holley is being held on $1,000 bail.
