Albion School Security Under Fire From School Board

The school board in Albion is looking at security in the schools in the aftermath of the alleged school shooting plot that led to the arrests of three students.

The board heard last night from parents who say they are angry and worried about the safety of their children.

The school district has hired a company to conduct a security assessment this week.

The board will review the assessment later this month.

One option could be installing metal detectors in the buildings.
