A man who moved from Rochester to Tennessee has pleaded guilty in Rochester federal court to charges of producing child porn.
Federal prosecutors say 54-year-old David Roy Jones filmed two minors, one of whom was under his care, back in 2006. He saved the video to computer storage media and took them with him when he moved to Tennessee.
That's where they were found when Jones was arrested on similar charges in Hamblen County, Tennessee. He was returned to Rochester to face the charges for the crimes committed here.
