A Livingston County man has been sentenced to 14 years in prison followed by five years of probation for his part in a robbery and beating earlier this year.
21-year-old Zachary Bishop was found guilty of beating and robbing a man on York Landing Road on the Genesee River in York. Bishop and two other defendants attacked the victim with a baseball bat and stole his personal property. The other defendants have already been tried, convicted and sentenced.
Bishop will also serve a nine-year term for assaulting and robbing another man on Genesee Street in York.
