A Southern Tier man has pleaded guilty to threatening Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.
Federal prosecutors say Patrick Carlineo Jr., of Addison, called the Congresswoman's Washington, D.C. office, calling Omar a terrorist and threatening to "put a bullet in her skull."
FBI investigators tracked him down and arrested him.
He was charged with threatening to assault and murder a United States Official, and of being a felon in possession of firearms.
Carlineo will be sentenced on February 14th.
