There are no reports of injuries in a fire that swept through six apartment houses in Hornell.
The fire broke out yesterday afternoon on Preston Street.
Four of the homes were destroyed and two were damaged.
Firefighters say the wind helped spread the fire. It's not clear how it started.
The displaced residents were given shelter at a school.
