Police investigating a threat to Edison Tech in Rochester have located a person of interest.
The threat was posted to the Snapchat social media app, and a number of calls about it were made last night to 9-1-1.
Police say charges against the person of interest are being determined. But no other information about the person is being given out, because of his or her age.
