Adam Bello has won the race for Monroe County Executive.
Bello has previously served as Monroe County Clerk.
Democrat Bello took 51 and-a-half percent of the unofficial election night returns to 48-and-a-half percent for incumbent Republican Cheryl Dinolfo. He won the race with a margin of about 5,000 votes.
Dinolfo conceded, saying she'll always remember what she and her team accomplished this last four years....
