The sentence is 18 years in prison for a Greece man who pleaded guilty in a child sex abuse case.
John Kohlmeier and Bonnie Hughes were accused last year of abusing a child under the age of 11. Hughes sent nude pictures of the victim to Kohlmeier, and Kohlmeier had sex with the child several times -- sometimes with Hughes taking part.
Hughes is awaiting sentencing.
