Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo is set this afternoon to deliver her proposed budget for the coming year.
The address is set for 2 p.m. at the County Legislative Chambers, and Dinolfo's priorities include economic development and services for families.
A media advisory says she will also make a "major announcement."
The budget is expected to be approved in December.
