U.S. Marshals' Fugitive Task Force Arrest Parole Absconder

The U.S. Marshals' fugitive task force has caught up with a parole absconder who's been on the run for three years.

Twenty-eight-year-old Patrick Flowers was wanted on a state police parole warrant and was arrested yesterday on Hollenbeck Street, on Rochester's north side.

When he was arrested, marshals also recovered a loaded handgun that had previously been reported stolen.

Flowers served prison time for assault for a shooting that left a man permanently injured.
