A man charged in connection with a series of tip jars thefts at Rochester area businesses is now being charged in a deadly overdose.
Shane Hutt pleaded not guilty yesterday to manslaughter for the death in May of 65-year-old Henryk Sek.
Prosecutors say Hutt injected Sek with fentanyl at a motel on Mt. Read Boulevard, and drove off with Sek's car.
Hutt is being held without bail.
