Voters across the state are getting the chance to head to the polls before Election Day. Early voting begins tomorrow and continues until November 3rd.
Officials have spent a lot of time and money to try and make sure the process goes smoothly. New York joins several other states that allow some form of early voting. Election Day is Tuesday, November 5th.
There are seven early voting locations in Monroe County:
• Greece Town Hall - 3 Vince Tofany Blvd, Rochester, NY 14612
• Ogden Town Hall - 269 Ogden Center Road, Spencerport, NY 14559
• MCC Down Town Campus - 321 State Street, Rochester, NY 14608
• Penfield Town Hall - 3100 Atlantic Avenue, Penfield, NY 14526
• Marketplace Mall - North Entrance, Room 530, 1 Miracle Mile Drive, Rochester, NY 14623
• SUNY Empire State College - 680 Westfall Rd, Rochester, NY 14620
• Ridge Culver Plaza (Formerly Fallas's Department Store) - 2255 East Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14622
The times for early voting in Monroe County are as follows:
• Saturday, Oct. 26: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Sunday, Oct. 27: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Monday, Oct. 28: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Tuesday, Oct. 29: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 30: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Thursday, Oct. 31: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Friday, Nov. 1: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Saturday, Nov. 2: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Sunday, Nov. 3: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
