Fire investigators say it was an electrical failure that caused the big fire last week at a heating and ventilation business in Rochester.
Authorities say the building on Murray Street lacked a fire detection system that could have limited the damage, and the fire burned until it was reported by neighbors.
Part of the building had to be demolished after the fire.
