Rochester Man Convicted Of Murder In October 2018 Fatal Shooting

A Rochester man has been convicted of murder in a fatal shooting last October on Second Street.

Jaquan Moore was found guilty of second degree murder and two weapon counts in the shooting death of Amos Harring.

Authorities say Moore shot Harring after a prior argument. He was arrested nine days later in Chicago.

This was Moore’s second trial. His first ended in a hung jury this summer. Sentencing is set for December 11.
