Miller Pleads Not Guilty To Shaniece Taylor's Murder

Murder suspect Marzell Miller has another court appearance Friday on charges he killed his girlfriend in Rochester in August.

He pleaded not guilty yesterday to second-degree murder and a weapon charge in the shooting death of Shaniece Taylor at a house on Fourth Street.

Assistant District Attorney Perry Duckles says Miller is being held without bail.

Miller was picked up by U.S. Marshals last week on a parole violation, a few days after a fire at the house where Taylor was killed.

No one has been charged with setting the fire.
