Parole Absconder Faces Second-Degree Murder, Weapon Charge

A parole absconder will be arraigned this morning on charges he killed a woman in Rochester in August.

Marzell Miller is facing second-degree murder and a weapon charge in the shooting death of Shaniece Taylor at a house on Fourth Street.

He was picked up by U.S. Marshals last week on a parole violation, a few days after a fire at the house -- which has since been ruled arson.

No one has been charged with setting the fire.
